AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Man, that sucks soooooo bad. I didn't even know he played paintball, which tells ya that he didn't make a big deal out of it. It's wierd, but it seems that the Gibb brothers are dying in reverse order, the youngest ones are the first. I hate that. Andy died first, now Maurice. I hate it when young people die, he was only like 53. My mom is a big fan, and we are all kinda in shock. May he rest in peace.
My wife and I were on our way to play this morning when we heard the news. Though I was never a fan of the group, I agree that we have lost a good player and promoter of our sport. Our best wishes to Maurice's family and friends.
I remember playing him and his team i London last summer. He seemed to be in great shape. They kicked our asses, and the only guy we took out was Maurice. He was an excellent player.Hope you have a nice sup-air field up there. Heaven is full of Angels, so finding a nice marker should'nt be a problem..
It comes as a shock to me to hear this news. He was a great man, giving us good PR.
Maurice, you will be missed.
Our prayers go out to you and your family.
Love and peace from your frieds in Norway.

When U see a copper E-Mag Xtreme, its too late.. Just lift your arm and walk off..
Somebody asked why we grieve more for a star. The answer is that we don't. We grieve for anyone we can relate to. Its called empathy. We recognize the name and realize that it is a tragedy that someone so full of life died. There is nothing wrong with that!
Best Wishes to the family...

For days I've tried to put it into words...and I can't. For a writer that's a scary thing. I wrote the facts over on PBCity, but what's in my own heart, there aren't words for. To sum it up...He was my friend. I was honored and blessed to have known him. I'll always cherish the short time we, as a sport, were lucky enough to have had him as a fellow player. I miss you Mo.
Josh
He truly was an untouchable; a superb musician, a determined athlete, an angelic human being in society who was revered by many, but yet remained so humble, so approachable, so genuine... he will always be an inspiration
and we were blessed to have been graced by his presence in our paintball world.
Believe this - he is an above-average human being that went far beyond his own dreams to make a difference to society, helping people enjoy life through his music, and even through his association within the paintball community. We look to people of his stature and granted to some, he's just another person, but quite honestly, he's achieved incredible feats and has accomplished much. He was an ambassador for our sport and shared his love for it with the world.
Maurice... God Bless You and most of all THANK YOU.
