Which barrels are the best? If other please state why

I find the Freak best for my needs, as i play different fields with different paint, with different bore sizes, I can adapt to each brand of paint and conditions and get the best paint to barrel match with just about all variations.

If one barrel was the best, everyone would be using it. Obviously that isn't true, so shouldn't that indicate that there's a commonality in all barrels? The fact of the matter is they're all tubes of metal in different lengths with a few or a bunch of holes drilled in them. Provided they have a decent surface finish, they'll all shoot the same based on the paint/barrel fit and the quality of the paint. The only difference in barrels is basically gas efficiency, loudness and looks. Before you buy something like a $120 barrel, get a $50 barrel and look down the bore of it. Compare the two and ask yourself what difference is there. Unless that $120 barrel has magic elves dancing around waiting for a ball to pass through so they can jump on it and guide it in flight to make it fly like an arrow, it will shoot the same as that $50 barrel provided the paint/barrel fit is the same.

I have two great barrels. Lapco Power Barrel and a CP Barrel. They are both accurate but the Power Barrel kicks the CP's boo-t. In accuracy

reason for palmer barrel

i like it because of the material which is made of brass
as Tom' tech say i won't make any diffrence from the venting long barrel
personally i don't like two parts barrel (like DYE or Freak)

Palmer Pursuit Shop's barrel is the best. I think it matches with a Thai-made paint. Well , a Thai Paint
quality is not good enough and have to be more improve with their consistancy. So , with this situation,
compared with my barrels as list below, I strongly recommended PPS.

- Smart Expansion Chamber ( I use only CO2 )

thanx alot guys I was thinking about getting the freak but i dont have enough money so i need to try to keep it below a 100$ Thanx for your input. i have heard that J&J barrels are good for the mags, i was thinking about the 2 piece J&J since you can change tips and it is not very expensive.

FYI- Palmers barrels are BOA brass stock. He puts his own porting on them and sells them under his name.
