Older RT warranty work

I have an older(no stars) RT that I want to have reworked.
Does AGD do this for free or is there the $45 cost. I'm calling them tomarrow so why am I bothering to ask about it here? Because it's late and I'm tired from all the paint I shot today.

They're closed this week since all the techs are at World Cup. The tech department will open back up right after World Cup.
