Does anyone know what the deal is with AGD Europe? Does Tom own them as well? It just seems that they work on their own things and in their own way. How did AGD wind up in Europe anyway???

AGD Europe is run by John Sosta who actually owns Power Pulse Products. Since 1990 we have had them as our exclusive distributor in Europe. In the early 90's we trusted them enough to do the final assembly and testing of the entire product that we sent them in parts.
As the years have progressed we have come to call them our "European Extension of AGD" because we have been together for so long. In reality its a different company. They also do something similar for Air American where they assemble and distribute their products too.
Although John as worked on different things for us over the years, the xmag body is the first project they did start to finish over there. Since they spent the time to develop it we gave them the contract to manufacture it so they could recap their development costs.
Thats how things got to be the way they are.
