    Looking for a 3rd party in Florida...

              I don't know of any in Florida but there are several companies that provide this service for a nominal fee. I think Palmer Pursuit Shop does this for 20-30 buck plus shipping.

              If the marker in question is expensive enough, it may be worth it to use their services.
