    Shocker...

While the Shocker developed what I'd call a cult following over the years since its creation and release thanks to its super accurate closed bolt operation, its poor air efficiency, large size and numerous redesigns over the years led even the Smart Parts teams such as the All Americans, Strange, AA's 2, OBR, Freak Factory, Nasty, Adrenalin, the Ton Tons and several others to choose the Impulse over it as their paintball gun of choice. It shoots far, it shoots flat and it shoots straight, but the old Shocker is being phased out by Smart Parts, in favor of the new Shocker that will be released in approximately three months give or take.
The new Shocker will, according to Adam, Billy and Graham with whom I met a week or so ago to check out their new 'guns, be much faster, much more air efficient, possess a Vision Eye, operate on CO2 or compressed air, and come stock with a low rise vert feed, magnetic blade double trigger and a Smart Parts All American barrel. If you're going to get ANY Shocker, wait and get that one. From an Angel shooter's perspective you'll be much happier. Just my two cents!

      Re: Shocker...

      Thanks a bunch Josh,
My only worry is that the same thing that happend when the shocker was first introduced, PVI. It seemed like for years, and currently, that the gun isnt very reliable. I am worried that with the development of a new gun that you teh end user get to be the Beta tester for SP.
