New No-Rise hacks up my rev

The slit down the back up the cup scratches up my rev when i twist it into the feedneck. So i've decided im going to use my dremel and like sand a edge on them so it wont hack up my hoppers. This sound like a good approach or do you guys have a better idea for me?

I dunno, Revy shells are cheap... if you mess with the body and screw it up, it'd be a lot more than just buying a pair of new shells when you need

get a halo and sand that down, not that you really have to, but it can take the little of sanding that you have to do.

Well i mean compared to a xboard rev, there is a considerable weight difference but thats not the problem

After a few weeks mine stopped cutting into the rev. The rev must have gotten shaved down a little.

Sand down the revvy neck... the no rise is supposed to be a sand to fit body I think.

Accually i took my dremel and shaved off that little edge and then polished it and it is nice and smooth and doesnt even scratch my rev at all. So i guess my approach worked thx for your imput.

The slit in the feed neck on the no-rise body has a burr on the ID of the neck. Mine was the same way when I received it. You can feel the burr if you rub your finger over it. Just take some light sand paper and sand the burr off.

Did I ever ask for anyone's opinion on whether I should shoot a halo or a xboard? If I did, Then im sorry for this.

So... I am a wuss for wanting my gun to be light? No, anyone can handle a few more ounces... There ounces not pounds dont be ignorant.

A few ounces here... A few ounces there.... It adds up.

The thread's problem had been solved. I dont think you had to add a stupid comment like that to my thread.
