            IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!

            JoAnn spoke with Beth in Reservations at the Sheraton today and found that this special booking information has NOT YET BEEN ENTERED INTO THEIR RESERVATIONS COMPUTER.

            Beth suggested that people wait until Wednesday, 1/29, before calling. Also, when you call, you need to say that you are calling for the paintball meeting in MAY, so that the person in Reservations doesn't think you're talking about the Amateur Open in July.

            Finally, if the representative you speak to seems uncertain or puzzled, you should ask him or her to check with Beth, who knows all about this.

                I would love to go, but since I am going to be getting trained to be an instructor, I'll have to see if I can get time off. I will also have to fly up from AZ, so I will have to look into costs.

                    i called today and made a reservation and they were all setup to take them.

                    on a side note, the deal tom setup lets you have more then 2 people in the room without an extra charge. i told her that there were 4 people staying in the room and she said that they usely charge $10 a person for more then 2. but when she put it in the computer it said that you didnt have to pay any extra..


                    so way to go tom, got us the good deal..

                            Michelle and I both will be attending. She told me it was going to be my birthday gift.
