How fast you get instructions depends on whether you give your existing valve number in the Message field on the order. If you do, I send instructions after entering the order. If you do not, I first have to send you an email asking for the valve number, then finish setting up the order, THEN send instructions ...

Hey, as a suggestion for future people, could you maybe offer an option of paying the full value of the X-valve, with a $100 "rebate" for sending the valve back? This might make things faster for those of us who could get by without that $100 for a week or two... :)

With our particular software it is tough to do refunds, but I will discuss with management whether there is another alternative.
