    Tapping the body rail

    Looking for info...I want to tap three holes in the side of the body rail but widely spaced. Has anyone done this without a drill press? Any hint or tips?

      I wouldn't do it without a press. Your holes would never be straight. Go to sears, they have a decent 9" press for $99. Or if you have a dremel, they make a press stand for it for like $50.

          thanks...by the way, has anyone ever tapped holes into their rail? How did it go for you?
