no i havent even asked its kinda muddy rigth now but im sure i can talk him into something, its just that over there you at least have spools to use as tables, and most people wont bring there own table, so it could get diffucult going back and forth between the staging areas trying to set everthing up(games wise)

Then I would propose that you request a special area for us only. Heck, I would even go for AO'ers versus all walk-ons if they don't mind :-) Hopefully we get outnumbered. I love going against the odds LOL

the day is just for us we are our own group, but the staging area tramp is talking about is filled with spools to use as tables, he's suggesting that we use teh parking lot where there is no tables

I didn't realize that there weren't going to be any other groups there. If that's the case then there'll be plenty of room in the tent area.
