Eariler today, I picked up my 'gun to toss on a new foregrip that I got. I took off the Valve assembly & bolt without removing anything else, and I realized that the Valve/Regulator REALLY made the gun pretty heafty.
Now, my understanding is that the RT valve is made partially of aluminum so that it's a bit lighter, is there a reason that the Classic Valve isn't partially aluminum also?
My guess was that the cost of Milling the Valve wouldn't be worth is, because you could just go out and buy the RT valve.
Anyway, give me your thoughts.
