    Kudo's to AGD Techs..

In the 5+ years I've owned an AGD product I've never had the pleasure of sending one back for repair/work. I recently acquired an Emag in a trade and everything worked great except the safety. It would stick. Well me in my infinite wisdom tried fixing it through the coaching of various posts in the Tech forum. Needless to say I think that I messed up the marker because I went to use it after I got the safety out and it wouldn't "Boot". I opened up the grips to make sure that everything was okay, and out popped the two micro-switches on the board.

I called up AGD tech and got an RMA and sent the marker. I also requested they check out the safety and setup my level 10 kit which I included in the box. I said I would even pay for any repair work if it was needed considering I felt that I had damaged it on my own accord.

A few weeks later I receive my marker with a "invoice" of sorts that states what they did, replaced the safety, repaired the broken switches, setup and tweaked the lvl 10. Invoice total? 0.00 I was amazed. They punched a star on the valve and I couldn't be happier with the marker. For everyone who knocks AGD for not following the current trends of "flash sells", they don't know what they're missing. AGD stands behind it's products 110% as far as I'm concerned. The techs are top-notch and customer service always seems to be #1 on their list. I don't care if my marker weighs more or looks like raw steel. So long as it works and never lets me down I'm going to be a die-hard AGD fan.

So to Tom, Joann, the various techs and customer service people who have been so helpful, I tip my hat to you. A++ for great service and you can pat yourselves on the back.

I sent in my E-Mag to have the powerfeed fixed(it fell off). When I looked at the invoice, it said that they replaced the two buttons on the gripframe, replaced the bolt, bolt spring, on/off pin, all o-rings, and powertube spacer.

Very true... After I purchased my retro valve on this forum, I could just not get it to work. I sent it in, got it back, tested, working, and with a different on/off pin that takes my RT mag past the ROF of most electros. My valve was also sent back without a repair star and was done and sent back within 2 weeks. A+ Job... Since then...

Tomarrow I'm picking up my flatline from paintball-online.
I am going to purchase an x-mag and a no-rise body for my RT-mini...

AGD is compairable to winning a gigantic teddy bear at the fair... But AGD is better because you don't have put in 30 dollars trying to get it

I have not thought or even dreamed of owning any marked besides an AGD mag...(Okay okay.. Us kids when we were n00bs had wanted an angel... But that don't count does it? Good)

One BIG thanks... From me and others like Warp...

        Keep it up!
