I played paintball today. I have some questions.

I was playing today, and during the last game, I bunkered someone, but tripped. I broke a ton of paint in my Richochet. Not being very smart, I ran water through it, to clean it out. Now it's screwed up. It either runs constantly while it's on, or it doesn't run at all. Does anyone know how to fix this? Does Richochet have a warranty that will fix it? If not, can I buy a replacement board for it?

Also, usually when I get hit on bare skin, my skin really starts to itch where the paint hit. Is this just because of the paint hitting it so hard, or could I be allergic to something in the shell or the paint? Does anyone else have this problem???

iv never gotten itchy, it stings some times but thats all...

as for the richochet, i dont think the warrenty covers this. but if you know anything about electronics you might want to try taking it apart, mabey something simple broke and mabey you can easily replace it

water might of fried the sensor. call richochet up and see whats up with that. they'll probably give you a new sensor.

as for the itching. maybe you allergic to paintballs? lol... weird tho, but then again neat. sucks when you get lit up huh?

If I am not mistaken isnt fish oil used in some of the brands of paintballs? Are you allergic to fish?

well if it was on your bare skin for a long period of time, the lack of pore ventilation could cause inflamation and irritation (Says my mommy the DR when i asked her)
although she doesnt seem to do any real work......

I know it sounds wierd but some people itch when they feel pain. And also use pain to itch. Haven't you ever had poisen ivy or something and you don't want to itch it so you just run VERY HOT water over it. This causes pain but also gives relief without itching.

              Does that make any sense?

So enless it is excessive itching, i wouldn't worry about it.. I might do that a little too.

                    Grandpa's wisdom....

My grand father used to do that. If a friend of his complained about a tooth ache or someting, he would kick him in the shin, then askhow the tooth felt. Usually the tooth ache mysteriously went away.

if you wanna take the electronics out of it, or just send me the whole thing i can take a look at it and possibly fix it, im an electrical engineer (i have a degree) and work on electronics all day in the marine corps just to reassure you. check and see if warenty covers it first, but its an option for you, ill do it for free, just cover shipping
