Foamies....

My foamie just blew off my bolt a few days ago... I could play fine but I'm getting a halo in 2 days and the balls would partialy feed into the barrel even with another in it...

What type of bond do you guys use??

Tom, or anyone else who knows, what does AGD use to attack the foamies to the bolt.

Just your average superglue worked fine for me

I use some stuff called Permatex gasket sealant. It takes overnight to dry but its great. I've have'nt lost a foamy since.

Is that a mix between 2 pastes, or just 1 tube?

1 tube, found it at the local hardware store. It dries flexible, unlike superglue, which dries and becomes brittle.

just be sure that what ever you do end up using
you scrape what you can of the old adhesive off
both the bolt and the foamie and rough them up alittle
that will help them stick better

BTW, if this is a level 10 bolt you do NOT have to reattach the foamie.

I'm going to be using a halo which puts pressure one the ball in the barrel, which will slide it back into the bolt. When it shoots the ball that will fall in next will be bounced out when the gun shoots. The foamie will keep it farthur up and in the middle, otherwsie I would just leave it off. I'm looking for something so it wont blow off during a game.
