Claims about DYE Barrel Condoms

They say that it will catch the ball without breaking them. Anyone actually own one of these and can attest to that?

any codem can catch a ball, they never said any velocitys, what kinda ball and so forth, but iv shot into my Cheapo "Stick your company name here" barrel condom and had the ball not break... never shot into my redz though...

Actuly I have had this happen before, with my orignal barrel sock. My new one break paint, but that frist one wouldn't. Not that I would shoot into to them to find out, it just happens. But as for theirs who knows.

have you tested their barrel condom? highly doubt it from your post.

maybe it DOES. but my question is, how long will the condom actually LAST if they DO prevent them from breaking. it would be a lot of stretching and would be something obviously soft and stretchable.

No they dont...I have one and its great, it LOOKS great and for a barrel condom its all that matters, gimme a break, its a barrel condom. And yes, I DID accidentally shoot a ball into it and it DID break. Hope this helps, I would stlil recomend it though.

I think the point of the product is to prevent against accidental shots into your barrel condom, not to shoot into it as many times as you seem fit. I'm sure many shots into it would pull it apart, but I can't imagine putting a long string into my barrel condom :]

Anywho, sounds like a good idea. If I had money laying around, I'd get one

no i have not smart ***. and for 10$ im not going to, just like everything else in this world, its all lies marketed to the dumbest living thing. its marketing, dont believe it.

besides if you not a complete newb/idiot you should only misfire into your condom once in a dogs age...

ive seen many instances where a ball doesnt pop after hitting a barrel plug, but strangely, ive never seen a condom catch a ball and not break it. no matter with condom

lay off the flaming, i wasn't making my comment as a flame. i simply tried to point out as much common sense as i could. NOT trying to be a smart ***.
my point was, why down grade something like "COUGH BULLPOOP COUGH" if you have no idea how it performs and holds up to company claims? agd claims that their xmag is lighter than a ir3(which ever one it was). and we all know this could be very well opinionated. such as these barrel condoms.

i'm not however, disagreeing with you about this product. i believe what you said, i believe it won't 'catch' everyball, but it possibly could 'catch' more balls than other condoms on the market.

?. get more realistic now. its not unbelieveable peopel forget to turn on their safetys every once in awhile. and have mouseclick like triggers and accidently shoot it while the condom is on. hence the reason we HAVE barrel plugs and condoms.

not to mention you stated yourself you've shotten in your barrel condom..

like squid said, i'd probably buy one, because they do look nice. and i know they will do what they say. not i'm not saying they will 'catch' every single ball


but on the honest side, i am sorry if any of this offended you, or anyone else. if the mods find it offensive, be my guest on deleting it.

i am very agrumentativer right now,yes i have shooten into my barrel condom, i DONT believe anything till i see it with my own eyes, i dont operate like the US courts,with me everythings wrong untill proven right, and since i dont have ether marker i do not believe an Xmag is lighter than an IR3, untill i ether do it on my own or see a mutual third party test it out... yes i did shoot into a barrel condom, but it happens no more than once a year, if even that ( last time i did it was with another refs bushy, in the feild, after a game, i bumbed the ON switch pulling the drawstring back and tapped the trigger as i carred it.) but there is no barrel condom on a real gun and thats how i learned about guns, it should never reach the point where you NEED a saftey, when thay are there use them by all means but you should never have to actualy have them go into effect, get what i mean... bah those barrel condoms are too dull. These days the kids want something flashy and extreme on thier barrel condoms...you know like girls with big boobs or someone giving the finger, or a baby being drop kicked.
