Would you be willing to download an approx 80 meg automag video?

Hey all time for an update, I realize it's been a LONG time since I've posted about this, but well as I've stated in the past, my personal life takes precedence over pretty much everything. And well like most of you I'm sure you have a job as well as other issues that come first. I have not forgotten about this and have been working on the DiVX format and even making them smaller and more compact for people to download. I had decided to switch gears though and just get the three basic videos in one large file, and then work on splitting them up into various parts.

I'll keep you posted as more develops, do not lose faith!

If I make a VCD what do I with the VCD? Can I send it to Tom? Or would I send it to you?

once I get my video (classic, its in the mail now), I will be making an mpeg of it. I have never tried to put chapters or anything on a video, but i'd be willing to try. I am suprised no one else has done this before.

Well I made a cover for the RT Pro thing and Im going to burn a CD but I dont have a printer for the labels...

The file should be bigger for a VCD. The quality could be better. 100? 150 Megs?

Well before I make any more. Id like to hear what someone from AGD has to say. I dont want to promote anything that would be like Piracy of their stuff.

I read a post a while back that stated that AGD supports the duplication and distribution of their video, but I can't find it now. It would be great to get some type of input from AGD regarding this.

Ok, got my mag classic video today, and at the end, it says "We encourage the duplication and distribution of this tape. Produced February 1992"

So, as far as the classic tape goes, i'd say its safe to make an electronic version and freely distribute it.

I guess there will be more labels and VCDs but since they tapes are $4, it woult be nice to have a VCD with 2 or 4 tapes and a menu.
