I wear one because it keeps sweat out of my goggles, it matches the leopard skin print on my pants(the seams), and it helps me be more like Solid Snake. BTW, How long is "long"? Mine is 6' long.

I have really bushy hair(Like the Beetles) And they seem to keep my hair out of my eyes. Also, they wick sweat nicely.

I wear and manufacture Adrenaline Paintball Games head bands which are basically 3 inches wide (give or take a few) I sell em for about 8 dollars a piece double layered and have a sewn in sweat absorbtion unit in em (I just like to say unit) I definitely have to agree on the Ninja look AND sweat absorbtion! I think they look great especially the du rag headband combo that AfterShock wore in their 2001 World Cup!

I myself don't wear one. I can definetely see the benefits of wearing one, particularly in the cooling and sweat collecting areas. However, I have yet to find headwear more stylin' than my Guinness knit cap.

Our team makes our own. We go to a fabric store, grab some grey cloth, and a large shoe string. Lay the cloth out, lay the string across one end, bring the edge of the cloth over the string, sew it, and thats it. They work great, we have so many sponsor patches that we made giant smilie faces out of em. O, and the end hangs down to our waists, looks weird, but the work as good as anything else Ive used if not better.
