            Well, you can use them on regular foamie bolts, and if im not mistaken (I think they had foamies) Superbolt Is as well.. so technically they arent level 10 stuff.

                      they go on the end of the bolt. I have heard the bolt is on the ball for such a short peroid of time it doesnt really matter.

                        They are to keep the ball from rolling back in the breach, to the cup in the front of the bolt. This misalign's the ball stack by letting the next ball further into the breach and may cause the bolt to cut the next ball in line. Hence more barrel breaks or chops.

                            i don't know but i am gettin tired of glueing mine on. i think they should be half plastic and half rubber, with the hard plastic being threaded, and you can just screw it in to the bolt
