    Warp Feed/Hopper

On my warpfeed, the hopper neck is a little thinner then the fitting on the warpfeed, so it is really lose and falls off easily and constantly, anyone have any suggestions to solve my problem?

I glued a small peice of sandpaper along the inside of my warp. It makes the hopper fit pretty tight and keeps it from spinning.

You can buy hopper spacers made by dye, I believe that you just stick up there and it spreadss it out thre neck.
Or you could drill your hopper and run your hose through the hopper giving you a lower profile at the same time..

I use the dye hopper spacer and it works great. Just make sure to have the warp tightened and it shouldn't move around at all.

tape it, that's all you need, just put a ring of tape around your revy neck and all will be good. I too keep a roll of tape in my tool box for that very reason as well

Be careful with tape on a hot day. I had some loosen up and slide down as the hopper shifted. It eventually covered the hopper feed neck and stopped it from feeding my warp. That was a bad game for me.

..and that is why I stopped using tape, it frequently presented too much of a problem for me. The hopper spacer works just as well.

I suggest the cheap method of electrical tape mentioned earlier, but also loosen the screws on your warp, put the revy w/ a ring or two of tape in and then tighten up. It seems like you may need to spend some money on a nicer product if you live in a warmer climate tho!
