When does APG hit the stands?

We got the APRIL issue in at the store a couple of weeks ago.... How far ahead of the local newstands are we when it comes to putting them on the shelves?

Will the stores wait until the begining of march before they put the April issues on the shelves or what?

the "april" issue is to be taken off the newstands by April 1. Thats how they do it.
