    Intelliframe Screw Problem

    My Screw Doesnt Sit Flush with the top of the Frame.

    Any Suggestions..

      Unless the frame wobbles around I wouldn't worry about it...

          I think there is supposed to be a washer there also right? I noticed that just from handling it it started to come loose.

                  It's a design flaw that supposedly was going to be fixed. It doesn't hurt anything or cause any problems, it just looks bad. You might just have an older frame.
