IR3 OR Oraacle E-class

well, if you're looking for people's $.02, I like the e-class.

they both haveoptical triggers, they both are pretty light, they both shoot super fast. but, the orracle is a bit easier on paint and it has a lot of proven cocker parts matched with with a really simple electronic grip- kind of the best of both worlds. And if you care about this sort of thing, there are way more angels out there- so you'll be a little unique.

I have a race cocker, so I know what I like.

For the unwashed masses, I suggest the IR3. It is a system with less things for the user to dink around with. The platform is very mature and it is rechargeable, etc.

TheAngelGuy.com hits the events, you can have him tune your gun there. WDP is there to do service on guns, etc.

I like the electro cockers, but I don't think the level of support will be there for them for a while. It is more of a player's gun.

However, if you are an insatiable tinkerer, and will religiously carry a good backup, get an E cocker.

I'll agree with EZ, that the event support may not be there for the E-cocker as much as the Angel. But I've shot both and was'nt really impressed with the IR3 trigger. The E-blade's trigger, however, was one of the fastest and slickest E-triggers I've ever pulled. That thing practically came alive in my hand. I'd go for the E-Orracle, between the 2.

A friend of mine recently got an eblade installed on his cocker and boy oh boy is it fast!! You'll either have to know cockers or know someone who knows cockers if you want to get this though. The only downside I could see to doing this is that I have heard of problems with the E-blade's eye where the IR3's cops2 works well.

dude, have you been to ag latley? i saw 4 eclasses last time i was there and 1 ironmen angel and 1 IR3 maby

you know what? you really need to try them both out, and decide, which is right for you, this is olny a message board, and we cant tell you everything. If you were to go with an electro grip on a cocker tho, grab a freeflow, and go from there, start with the best.


Both have anti chop mechanisms, both are stupid fast. buth are easy to shoot.

Wicked fast trigger
Reliable, not nearly as much know how required with cocker
IMO iR3 looks nicer
And personaly I love the space frame it is very comfortable

At the last tournament I was at, E-blade Cockers and impulses were the two main guns... Team HOD really stood out with 4 matrices and a Festus Emag.

And let me say this, every one of the cocker guys were hovering around the chrono because they couldn't work out whatever it was that was wrong with their guns. And because of that I recommend the Ir3, alot less can go wrong.

Orracle E-Class is extremely nice, I havent tried the IR3 however

or how bout a Free Flow eBladed cocker. IMO its the bst cocker around. Best customer support ever! Anything breaks, they will replace for free!

i own an ir3. my friend owns an eblade cocker. guess who gets to play more??? i do. the angle is simply the most reliable high end electro out there besides the emag. i mean once u set it up properly the first time you will almost never have to tinker with it again. i never ever chopped with a revvy and cops2, even at 15bps. i recently bought an evo2 and dont even use cops2. i still shoot 15bps with no breaks or chops. i mean both wont break paint with a fast loader or with the anti chop systems. they are both just as accurate and consistent as eachother(depends on the tank and regs). so they are pretty much tied except the cocker is super light and the angel is super reliable. take your pick.

I'm a bit confused

Every tournament I've gone to here in Europe. The Angel booth is filled with people waiting at the tech counter for work. Now the balance to this is Worrgames usually isn't at these tournaments. I've played with the Angel IR3 in one tourney, fast and nice. My local store's airsmith's advice for an angel owner "Buy two because when the break, usually it's something you can't fix." However, on the E-Orracle "Save your money and buy just the Orracle and learn how everything works."

I have only dry fired the E-Orracle. Both markers are extremely fast. They are very different as far as the feel and their sweetspots.

Befriend a couple of people who own stock ones. Ask them to let you play a game or two with it. Then try the other one. Then go back and try the first and then the second again. If you're really good, you could just spend the whole day with friends playing paintball with THEIR markers!!!

That night go home and sleep on it. The one that you dream about, BUY it. If you start dreaming of some threesome. Buy both!

It's really your decision to make. It's what's best for you. G/L
