when you anno stuff, does it lose any of it's luster? like what if i polished something to mirror finish, and got it clear coat annoed, would it come back w/ the same mirror finish?

It will more or less. The anno will bring out any pores or imperfections so polish that baby right!
I have had some experiences trying to get this process right.

anno will always dull something lightly, that is why if it is polished, it needs to literally be a mirror, with no fingerprints etc
