Is there any way possible to mount a flatline tank to a flam drop?

Possibly, i dont know the deminsions of either drops, but you could see if it fits in the clamps, then drill holes through the sides of the flame drop...

I am assuming you mean the flame drop from either 32* or CP? If so, then yes, all you need is the Flatline Dovetail adapter. Put that in place of the stock drop on the tank, then mount via the Dovetail mount to the drop. Tighten down the set screw(s) in the drop and connect your air lines.

these work much better
