    MacDev Conquest HPA

I am considering getting a MacDev Conquest HPA, but am worried about the bit on their page that says 'Automag RT excepted'. Has anyone used this on a RT/X-Valve? How well does it work? I've heard good things about them, but want to make sure I get the best for my money...

I bought a Conquest for my E-Mag. The Conquest is now on my kid's 'cocker.

The Conquest's max output pressure is about 600PSI (if you're lucky!) My E-Mag would experience shoot-down when I "got on it". Also, with the output pressure on the Conquest maxed, the on/off lever is VERY hard to actuate (I mean rediculously hard) I also colapsed a spring in the Conquest reg from running too high an output.

The conquest is an awesome system, just not well suited to markers which require a high input pressure (500+ PSI) On the 'cocker, it's set at about 400, and works really well. I'm sure we could even run it closer to 300 PSI...

This is what I was suspecting. OK, so, if I want to spend $400 on a .new. setup, what would you suggest I get? Or should I just put a MaxFlo reg on my 68/3000 tank with the crappy, non-working Bulldog reg?

Centerflag adjustables are pretty nice consistant tanks and are reasonably priced.

I'd go with a Max-Flo HP setup. 2K2's are pretty cheap these days, with the 2K3's on the horizon.

Otherwise, a Flatline or a Armageddon.

I think I might go with a flatline, just to toe the company line, so to speak. I know with AGD I will be taken care of.

I wanted a conquest, but realized the low-pressure thang, so I went with a dynaflow. Pretty much a high-pressure version of the conquest: Light, on/off bleeds line, consistant.

                ...also I found a killer deal. $185 for a 68/4.5k dynaflow isn't shabby
