Alright, before you complain about the video quality - too bad! Unfortunately, the video was recorded to memory stick (which means max size is 320x240 - half size). Also, the resulting file is not as good as if I captured from a digital source and encoded it myself.
Go here, and then right click on the mpeg and save the file to your local hard drive.
