RT Pro and X-Valve

Does the X Valve now come standard with the RT Pro, I thought it did? I have seen some pretty good sales for the RT Pro but nothing is mentioned about the X Valve. Makes me wonder if these are the RT Pros pre X Valve and now they are trying to unload them. Just wondering
