Steel vs. fiber wrapped

Hey all-

i'm upgrading from my trusty 48/3000 steel to a 68/3000. should i go with the steel or fiber wrapped? i'm not too concerned with weight of the steel. Is the steel "safer" than the fiber wrapped? another somewhat related question: i've got a 20 oz C02 tank that i've had for about four years now. how often should those get checked, and where would i get it checked at?

unless your going to be bashing your tank with a sledge hammer....both are safe.


and i think your co2 tank is supposed to be checked every 5 years, but i have yet to know a person who got a regular old co2 tank tested

i think its cheaper to buy a new one
