    question about stock e-mags

Someone told me somewhere that ALL E-mags coming out now have ULE frames, ULE rails, and x-valves with level 10 installed. Is this true? Also does anyone have used e-mag parts spare?

the difference between the two frames is this: the big hump on the back. This mag doesnt have an ULE frame.

      this one does

      see what I'm talkin about?

current EMags shipping from AGD come with Aluminum "X" valve, Level 10 bolt, ULE Grip Frame, SS body (Aluminum in 3-4 months) and NO, NO ULE Rail

        hope that helps

Now I really want an emag, pretty attractive price at $800 at pbgear. Does anyone know when the emags started shipping with all the cool stuff, so I can call up pbgear and ask them before I order to make sure I dont get some old dusty emag in the back

I understand that the ule frames are saposed to save wieght but it seems like the old frames would be alot more comfortable. Of course I've never shot an emag so i wouldnt know.
To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered
where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus,
and a clown killed my dad.

canned, if i can remember right, the whole reason for them taking the lump out in the frame was because people felt it uncomfortable, and to take off weight of course.

this issue remind me of the reason for the hump in the original 1911s, which this grips are based upon.

1911 had flat back, like the ULE. people complained that it shot low,(especially those with small hands) thus hump was added.(via main spring housing in the 1911, thus 1911a1 was born, with few other changes)

IMHO, flat looks slightly better, but in my hand, hump model fits better (i have two digit ser# emag) but definitely it is more of a personal issue, and perceived image issue(paintball being what it is)

you know, since they stopped making SS retro/emag valve, it might be worth keeping. ;-) may become more collectible...

I haven't shot a "flat" framed Emag, but I like the way the hump feels on mine. I'm willing to live with the additional weight.

I sorta like the added weight. Makes it so little kids cant pick up my gun and mess with it.
