    Still have retro trade ins?

Does AGD still take classics for ReTro valves? I already have an LX, and I'm not concearned with the 3ounce difference in weight, so all I need is the ReTro I think. Can we still do that? My valve still has 3 stars if that matters.

The Retrovalves now sleep with the fishes...
They have departed this earth with quite a track record..
Gone the way of the DoDo bird...

what happened is that agd has phased out the Retro/rt valve in favor of xvalve. all new rtpro and emag/xmag markers come with xvalve. xvalve trade in is 225(comes with level 10) same performance as retro, but lighter

Like I said, I already have LX, and the weight doesn't bother me at all. If you can't lift a dern valve, for gods sake, work out!

                  I search automag retro

                  here is one

                  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=10554

                  here is another.

if you are patient, you will see more as weekend come around. Earlier in the year, it was selling for less, but with paintball season coming, price would seemed to have gone up a bit. of course, you can sell your other valve(worth about 100)

good luck. I tend to bid on sellers that have good feedback(like the first seller) or those that accept creditcard through paypal(you get buyer protection if you use credit card)

If you don't trade in the valve, I would reccomend selling the valve and level 10 seperate. You can get about 60-80 for the level 10, and about 75-100 for the valve, which is more then the 100 or so they would go for together...

100 is valve with stock bolt, he is keeping the level 10 I believe, to go with the Retro

oh yes, the other option, is the buy/sell forum here on AO. I've seen em there as well..

yeh, sell the LX alone and the Retro alone and get $150 for them. then you pay $75 to upgrade to an XValve

Why the hell would I sell my LX? Are you not understanding me when I say the weight means nothing to me?!
I DON'T NEED AN XVALVE! It's too much work to sell two items, when I just get one back in the XValve.

well if he gets 150 out of both of them, he can buy an x valve out right for the 325, and still save money... its like a trade in for 175, instead of 225...

But if you REALLY want a steel retro valve, then go for that too...
