What are some of your favorite episodes? Ever seen Giant Spider Invasion, or Future War, or Track of the Moon Beast? Classics

Yes! I absolutely love that show and have seen every episode. Oh how I loved the Turkey Day marathons! I like way too many episodes, but some that come to mind are "Alien from LA", "Manos hands of fate", the Gamera episodes, etc.

Heather, that is freakin' hilarious! I'm going to have to try that one next time. "Come on, you know you want to ask what my sign is! Go on.."

so do you all REALLY use those pickup lines? Please tell me you don't

Well David I realize that it was intened in jest and unfortunately its been done to death and not realy all that amusing anymore. And I realise you ment them to be that way. I knew it wasn't by accident... Still..

I guess my thoughts are... would you and do you ask the same questions of Men Paintball players? If so then show me. If you don't then I would think that some women Paintball players might like to know why. And if found out that they were selective of only women and seemed a bit overly larger percentage of them were sexual then as a woman Paintball player, who wanted to be taken seriously for a player, then I would consider some of them to be a bit sexist and they might be offended...The pick up line is cute but some of the others I suspect are totaly aimed at Women and Women that are trying to attract sponsors and present a wholesome image would not answer those or should not. Especially the "Doin it" thing was a bit far. So show me what the mens answers to that one were! I am interested.

Thank Riotz! I was afraid I was just being to much a fuddy duddy or something. Maybe I am... but it sort of pains me to see women go out and compete head to head with us guys and then get asked some questions that don't realy tell us any more about them as players and people. And treated with the same respect and equal when they earned it.

I know Clare can take care of herself and did and I was especialy proud of her for doing so but should she have had too? Could we have leared more about her if she had not had to deny she calls her... umm... feet... something?

And this is not realy aimed at FON. Its aimed at the way we treat women in paintball right now. They just happened to bring it up. I know they meant no harm but... its something we should discuss I think.

I also agree with you Phil. I think its rather disgusting how far these things go. This is supposed to be a paintball interview and yet nothing was really asked about paintball. I guess its fine to ask some one about interests etc. But to stoop to the level of asking them about sexual incounters on a paintball website seems a little out of place to me. I am not critizing FON as I like a lot of what they do, but I personally found it to be a little bit offensive to not only women but everyone. Especially since i know there are people who are at the age that shouldnt really read such things on a paintball website.

I dont mean to critizice but only to really make the point that I dont think this is such a good thing to have in an interview.

I also find it annoying that people seem to sexualize every women that plays paintball. They are obssesed and i find it disgusting. Yes its cool that women are starting to play paintball more and more, but I think they should be treated by how they play and not how they look. Do you like Rocky better then Lasoya only because Rocky is better looking? Well then why do you make your opinions about female players on how they look?

Females who play other sports such as soccer etc. are not treated this way as much at all. I wonder why this is? Is it because the average person who follows paintball tends to be younger and more immature? Who knows. But I really do find it imature for people to oogle over some women that they do not know, and for them to make public statements that I find disgusting. Yes it is fine to like a person and be friends with them because they are cool and fun to hang out with or talk to. I just dont understand why people sink to such a level as to make what in my mind are fairly offensive sexual comments.

Clare, this doesnt really have to do with youm, as it does paintball in general. I am reffering to a pattern that I have seen emerging on many paintball forums. I hope you dont take offense to what I say or that anyone does. I just felt like this might be a good place to voice my opion.

I understand your arguments and I know you guys here are a little protective of Clare but yes we do ask the same questions to men an women. Ofcourse we change the gender reference but the question remains the same. Also, I would welcome anyone to post on our forum any suggestions for questions they would like to see. Would be nice to keep em changing. Keep in mind the question should be slightly leading to encourage fun replies.
On our site our features are linked on the left by topic so feel free to browse past 20 q features. Its still pretty new so there are only a handful so far but its a Thursday regular feature. This is our one Off-Topic feature to have fun outside of paintball specifically. Its not like a Friday feature in which we do a serious look or interview with someone or some company or team.

I still think these questions are pointless, i personally don't find humor in them. I don't know who would actually care what a guy calls his wang??? I would much rather read more intelligent q/a's.... Ah well there are plenty alternatives out there

Good point LAW....there is still some argument that a few of them near the end are pointless but it sounds to me like we have been invited to go over there and make that suggestion. I think we should. But at least they were equaly stupid!

LOL Equally Stupid? ok ok..you are right. There is equality in stupidity! And yeah theres always alternatives Law. Both within FON and on other sites. Seeing that you have been an FON user for nearly a year I am sure you are aware of what we offer. Paintball.com kicks *** too. =)
I look forward to seeing some suggestions from you guys. Other feature ideas are also welcome. We currently dont have a tuesday thing. I was thinking a pic of the week or month thing but trying to think of something different.

I did find a lot of the first ones good that helped find ou the interests and lives of the players though. If that helps. Overall there was some good ones David. The "Doin it's" and calling your "things" something might be a little too much is all.

Do a "guns the pros use." Interview pros and ask them what they are currently using, take pics. And not like "the Lasoya Timmy" that anyone can get, but the actual gun used on the field.

Good thought Warped. I wonder though how best to do that without just opening up a plug for their sponsor. Otherwise you will just see all the angels Dynasty uses, Matrix Trauma, Ironmen, Brimstone uses. etc. Can you expand on the idea?
