What do you guys think of this product (swinging drop from Warped Sportz)

    From: http://www.warpedsportz.com/warped/8.../dropkicks.htm

Designed by Glenn Forster (owner of Warped Sportz LA)

It's also small, sleek, and sexy. Innovation, function, AND since it's from Warped, it looks DAMN good! Hey, you guys keep using 'em, we'll keep making cool, performance enhancing sheeet. Deal ?

The Dropkick Adaptor attaches to the bottom of your marker and can attach to either a drop forward or directly to your bottle.

The unique slide locking system lets you move your bottle into one of three positions: off to the left side, off to the right side, or directly underneath.

The swinging ability of this bad boy rivals Austin Powers! Seriously, the Dropkick lets you move your bottle around to keep in tight, close to your body, keeping it comfortable and giving that roody-poo on the other team less of a target to shoot.

The Dropkick is perfect when you have to shoot left-handed or change shooting lanes from your bunker. Unlike other adaptors sort of similar from yester year, GF's design is easy to move from position to position, buts locks firmly into place.

    $54.95

I saw this on someone's timmy, and it was pretty cool! Not sure how stable it would last, but it was definately very easy and fast to reposition the tank from left-to-center-to-right. Very inovative adaptation of their Nitro Duck mounts.

    What do you guys think?

I think it would be too slow for a tourny. Playing in tounry's, at least for me being a front player, I don't have time to mess around moving the tank. It would be great if I only shoot out one side of the bunker but moving to both sides, leaving it centered is the easist (sp?) thing to do.

For rec it would be cool.

Maybe I forgot to mention... you move the tank extremely fast. Like 1/2 second.

while holding the marker with the butt of the tank against your shoulder or chest, you pull in towards yourself, disengaging the locks. Then a simple quick twist and the tank is now in a new locked position. It's really really fast.

a lot can happen in half a second, and it doesn't do so much as to make it worth messing around

              i'll stick to my check-it

it depends on your set up, but sometimes it is much more comfortable to have a tank on one side or another. once it is there you may tend to keep it there, but it is a nice option to have both left and right side swing. i doubt you will ever swithc the thing around mid game, but nice off the field if you think yoiu want the tank in a different position.

My take is that WARP users may like to swing the tank out opposite of the warp feed/hopper, to get a better balanced set-up...I modded drop to do this once.

It's actually kind of nice. Think I might get one for when my X-mag finally arrives.
