Tech Dept Closure for Ultimate Madness

The AGD Tech Department will be closed this afternoon, part of tomorrow, and then from Wednesday 4/2 through Monday 4/7, opening again on 4/8. This means no tech phones, fewer repairs being handled, and no replies from the online return form. If you need an RA during these periods, you can call the front office, but understand that turnaround times are going to be increased considerably due to Gunga's absence.

No one will be available to handle tech inquiries at all. JoAnn and I are not techs, the only thing we can do is issue Return Authorizations.

As of now, there will be no telephone assistance through our Tech Department until next Tuesday (possibly not till Tuesday afternoon - hard to say).
