The PBX website and the field has been under construction for like a year now. Are they using webmasters to build the field, and construction workers to work on the website?

Well, I know Riotz is working on the site as we speak and I saw a prototype of the main page.
VERY sweet. And if you've seen the Black Cell page, you know he does good work.
As for the field, 1) it was under a whole lot of snow this winter and 2) there are issues with the township (like most fields) but we're hoping to pound through said issues relatively quickly.Comment

No. No green dust tips. HOWEVER, I see no reason as to why you couldn't get it stripped and re-ano'd. You just need to make sure you get the 2002 tip. Problem is that I don't know if they are supporting the 2002 sets anymore.
As for the price- I spent a couple hundred more than what my preorder price was going to be, but it got me the second breech AND it got me the Xmag about 6 months before anybody else.
