That one showed up on the Los Angeles Times front page. The photographer was fired for breaching company policies. For anyone who haven't seen the picture, The photographer took part of one coalition soldier and overlayed it on another picture. Here's the PIC. Look on the left side of the altered photo and you can see the sqwatting man appearing twice in it. There are also two other civilians who appears twice.
