I've gone the email route to no avail. He doesn't seem to want our business

I don't want business? For shame- I just spent the past three very long, very intense days installing my brand-new Grizzly vertical mill and have had little time to sleep, let alone answer 'mail.

But it was worth every moment, even though I'm still sorting out all the junk that got moved- usually multiple times- to make room for it and move it around.

Okay, barrel adapters: I left another message with the shop today, but no one got back to me before the close of the business day. I'll call again Friday. I was told last week they'd be run this week, but I've been "bumped" before already.

Trust me, I'm just as anxious as you guys- but when you're dealing with a production shop that makes runs of 50,000 parts at a time, my "little" order tends to get set aside if there's any scheduling mishaps.
