after searching for along time i still havent come across any written rules. i tried downloading them from nppls website but cant get it to work. now as i understand it jim drew(maker of WAS board) went to an nppl rules meeting to discuss some topics such as trigger bounce. well does anybody have any updated clearly written black and white rules for the nppl/psp??? i dunno what to even call them cuz i dont know if the rules are universal for all organizations or what. i play tourneys and know the basic rules but id like to read more about all the little rules that the pros are supposed to follow. can anybody help me out???
