    It's final: I'm getting a pump

I've been debating what my new marker should be for a while, and I have decided to make it a pump. I used to use a pump, but then switched to a semi. Now I think ill go back to using a pump with a 12oz co2 tank and interchange a 10rnd tube with a viewloader, depending on what the game calls for. This would be allowed in a pump tourney, right? (a pump with a 12oz and viewloader?)

Now for the actual gun... I was thinking a Phantom of some sort, or maybe a Bud Orr Sniper. I'm open to your guy's input!

Yes, you can use pumps in tournies....Can't use a viewloader in a stock class tourney though. Go with a Phantom.

Also, would a STOCK class gun be eligible in a pump tournament?

In that picture, the little bottle. How big is that? Is it unscrewable?

pump mag is smoother than either the phantom or sniper and much less pump stroke, like 1" and the spring forward assist actually works.
[email protected] makes pump rods for like 5$ (still waiting for mine though)and pump bodies can be hard to find but not impossible. i have had 4 or 5 recently. sorry, all are spoken for on projects.

i will soon have a pump mag for sale though.......

                  Florida peeps...step up!!

                    Don't yell at me. but....

Have you considered a Sterling. I own one and it is the BEST. Phantoms are sweet, but my Sterling feels like no other. If you are used to a Cocker or another gun like that you will feel right at home. There is a good one for sale on ebay right now. Here's the link:

                    Just a suggestion...

                      Not a tank...

It isn't a tank, it is a 12 gram CO2 catridge. They last for like 20-30 shots and you must screw them in. The screw in CO2 adapter is required for stock class. If you want to play a regualr pump game you can use a CA tank (9, 12, 16oz etc). Here is a recent picture of my Sterling. Drool

Ahhhhh okay, so its like a 12-gram holder?

So... it unscrews, you put a 12 gram into it, then your screw it back in?

                        (PS I knew what a 12 gram was )

OK, if your going to get a pump, and you want tp playt stock class, get a phantom.

Now, get a vsc(verticle stock class) Like that one yo uhave pictured in, and then grab the 45 frame(much more comfey IMH0) and grab a stock. CCI makes an amazing temescoping stock, i must say, i love mine alot. THe veed tube up top is all your decision, but i must say, i like the 15 rnd.

Also, the nice thing about the phantom, is you can swap the bodies much like a mag, and go from stock class to vert feed bodies in a matter of seconds. ALso, ohantoms are by far the ewasiest marker to take care of. there alot like mags in this respect.
