The rubber gripped gas thru...

I got one of those rubber gripped gas throughs like they have on pbgear. I was assuming it was clear but the grip is kinda tannish brownish clear.

Would i be able to do something to the rubber part in order to make it more clear? like bleach it or something?

you wont be able to bleach it clear. but you probably could dye it a darker color.

well you can paint it. you cant bleach or dye rubber! that's about all you can do....

I know when your sticky grips get funky and yellow you can whipe diesel gasoline on em and they'll get newer looking. Dont know about this though, if this was the color of the rubber when they molded it you might be stuck with at least that dark of a color.

yea it looks like its the color of the mold....but its hard to tell because its clear as well
