    Fill station manifold

I want to make a manifold to attach two scuba fill stations. What can I use to build it out of? I would rather use a "hard line" than hose. I need two 90 elbows, a tee and hose/line that is rated to a 3000psi working pressure. Anyone know what I can use?

    Thanks.

What you are after making already exists, call a scuba (diving) store and tell them that you want a tandem set-up and they will have it, only downside "may" be that tandem sets are only rated for 232bar not sure about that side of it but again the store will soon set you right...be way cheaper than if you found the same setup in a paintball store...kinda like the fill adapters being $30 less in scuba stores they don't realise that other sports can use them so they keep the prices low, same with DOW 33

What I have seen online are $150 or more and require you to replace the valve in the tank. More than I want. Besides I need it to be quickly removable. Anyone know what I can use?

Well the ones I have seen is a hard line pipe arrangement with two Din (screw fittings) for the two bottles and in the centre another Din fitting to attach whatever, in your case a fill rig, I have also seen the same arrangement but with A-clamps...so both options are quick assembly. I have also seen the same idea made up by some guy using a hoseing system but NOT using scuba stuff but welding gear (wouldn't like to say if that was the correct ratings psi wise)

I have the valves that need the "A clamps". I'll have to look at the scuba shop next time I get the bottle filled.

                Hitech,

I'm a Scuba Instructor and own a dive shop in Juneau, AK (oh, we carry paintball too) and I think I can help ya out.
PM me with your email and I'll email you some pictures. (it might be a day or so) Assuming you have two complete 80cf aluminium cylinders with valves, you need a crossover manifold that has yokes on either side and a valve attachment in the middle. You will also need a set of bands to hold the tanks together. Funny thing! I have all this stuff (used) and was planning on Ebaying it to get it out of my way.

Anyone else that has questions about Scuba stuff, feel free to ask and I'll help you out the best I can.
