    cutting body ?'s

    how do i cut my classic body to look like a emag body, and what should i do to make it lighter
    *creeps around behind you* .........*bam*....darnit the other guy got me.

    are you looking to replace it?
    the new ULE bodies will definitely take some weight off of your gun, if you are interested. another solution (although it's not cheap) would be an x-valve.

      You could angle the front of the body, to give it the rake. (If you cut too much though, front O ring will be exposed, so be careful)

      for weight reduction.

      Xvalve: 3.5oz $225 Upgrade
      milling the body rail (don't know on a classic, I shaved about 3 oz on my emag rail. ULE emag rail saves about 3.5oz) find someone with milling machine
      ULE body $145. I don't know the weight saving.

      lighter barrel/drop forward. stock grip frame is actually lighter than intelli.
