Are polished warp feed bodies worth the $120? or should i just stick with my hand polished pf hl?

I think they are. I had a PF HR (works better than a HL) and I got a black warp body.

What makes it better? Just the low profile?

For me, yes it was the lower profile. Also, I had a "blast" grey body. I wanted a black body. In your case, if you have a hopper left body and the warp on the right you either have the hose routed under and around to the left side or the 90* adapter sticking way up there. Either way, a warp body will make a cleaner, lower profile setup.
