Low Pressure vs. High Pressure Tank Question

I am getting a 2k3 BKO. These are the newest versions and the stock regs can handle either HP preset (800psi) or LP preset (450psi). My question is what are the advantages with going with the LP tank? More shots? Quieter?

Where? No it's not (usually at least)

Anyhow, I'd get the High pressure just because if you get another gun or a backup you're guaranteed your tank will work with it no matter what gun you get.
