    Gutted mags

    I remember seeing a few gutted mags on AO, I found a few pics from massdriver but they weren't the pics I'm looking for... The mag that I'm talking about is a mag with no back half of the valve. I think it had a micro body but I'm unsure.

      I know the one you're talking about. It was a micromag if that helps any. I help ya search a little!

          I belive that it is Nicad's mag... I saw it in action once... quite impressive.

              Yep Nicad made the one you saw, and Sniper1RFA made one for his mag too. I PM'ed Nicad a few times but he was busy with the Chord bodies and didn't answer my question about the valve. Sniper said that he wouldn't make me one because of the threat of the back half blowing off and killing me, and it wasn't worth the few bucks for him to take on that liability.

              Anyhoo..I want one!

                  lol... I think those look pretty nice... may not be any better than a normal mag but they still look nice.
