Yes he is legit, you can find his store in the back of many paintball rags, store name is Army surplus #4 Phone # is 509-928-4460 name is dave arnold.
On another note, that is the marker he was holding for me and now I find he is selling it on E-bay??? hmmm Im going to have to call him on monday and ask a few ???

the auction for this ended sunday at like 1:30, I was going to bid on it but I had to go to church for easter...well, I looked on ebay again and it has been relisted!...says the highest bidder was a deadbeat...this is enough proof for me that the seller is legit...I'm bidding....lol

The auction is over for 36 hours and he's already given up on the bidder? Bad feedback already? Ebays rules are 10 days before you can even complain. Somethings not right.

Although you should ALWAYS be careful when buying through eBay, the high bidder might not have responded to any winning bidder emails (although three business days is eBay's recommended response time) or might have responded with, "Oh, I thought someone would outbid me and I can't afford it. I'm really a moronic momo who has no business entering bids for items I know I can't afford."

I'm still wary, I've completed over 200 transactions on Ebay buying and mostly selling. Even though I've had disagreements with buyers and sellers I've only left negitive feedback twice (I have 100% positive feedback).

If the bidder blew it and couldn't pay, arrangements might have been made to have him cover the sellers auction costs. No harm, no foul.

I'd like to know what really happened especially since the buyer has 3 positives in the last month. I just sent him an email.

ok...now i'm starting to think, he changed his description to give more detail, basic stuff...american made...but something that hit me was he included the serial number as XT00244...and in a post above, akscubainst e-mailed him and asked him the serial number and when replied, the guy said it was XT0024 ...so my question is...is it possible that this is a typo, or what?...oh...and what are the numbers up to, past 244 i'm sure...please try to get back to me akscubanist...or anybody
