I just got mine today...I love this thing!
Its got a regular velcro strap. Then attached to the strap is velcro flaps on each side of the main strap. All you do is pull those second straps tight on the main belt, and vwala. It gets tight or lose. The tubes slide in and out easily, but they are just hard enough to pull out that they don't just slide out.
