My friend put tape around the end of the barrel because he said it made it sound quiter! Personally I would never put tape on my paintball gun because it obviously makes it look ghettofied! Do you think putting tape on the end of your barrel is them most stupidetst thing? Or do you think he should do what he can to make his gun quiter as long as it works?

if he means to cover up the porting, that will make his gun louder, not quieter or more accurate. I've only taped up my barrel when playing in the rain, so water couldn't get in.

I personally liek the ghettofied look, lol. Thats why I cut the feed tube off my Raptor, and duct taped it back on backwards so the hopper is right side up when you hold the gun sideways, lol.Classic RT - RT02667
