    The ULE rattles?

Whenever i shake my ULE it makes a rattling sound?

what is that? i am assuming its the spring for the ball detent? but wouldn't that be kept under tension at all times?

        SS ring...

This was covered in an earlier post, I just can't find it. The rattling comes from the SS ring that the spring will push up against. I am assuming they used Stainless because it is more durable than aluminum. When you put your valve in it won't rattle any more.

Edit it is a washer. It does what I wrote above, just called a washer, duh. That's what rattles.

            Read what I posted...

The rattling will go away when you put your valve in. Don't worry about it.
