Check the sensors in the feed neck. They may have gotten dirty or have come loose. Also check and see if the 2 halves of the feedneck have seperated. If that happens the sensore eyes could have wiggled loose. Info here..http://www.odysseypaintball.com/tips.html

I've also noticed that the HALO won't feed if it's too full. Found that out the hard way.

The HALO holds less than a pod of paint (140 rounds) and if you refill before it gets too low (as suggested by Oddyssey), you waste some paint. Make sure you don't cram it full.

You may also want to check the drive belt. It's the same belt used in the Warp. AGD Part

Yea, mine holds about 170 as well. You must have some big nasty pods Dave.

Dave carries the half case bags onto the field. He is a paint slingin maniac!

Start with batteries first. These things are battery eaters! And just cause they were new may not mean they were good!

AGD, where we are so good we can do it with only ONE tube!

                Mine too.

I like the way I can jam it full so the balls don't rattle and then can run and dive into front bunkers without worrying about the paint rattling about and breaking... and then I can come up shooting immediately :)

Sorry Phil, I play front. Only carry 3 pods. And they're standard DYE pods at that!

Seriously, last weekend I would run the HALO down to 10-20 balls and reload. a good 20 balls would hit the ground. I THINK my tubes are 140 rounders, standard DYE...

Alright, I', gonna go home and see how many it'll hold. :)

can you turn it on and watch it spind(without paint)?

if you turn it on and hear the motor running, but it doesnt spind. turn it off, take your finger and push the paddle clockwise(as if trying to feed paint).

can you feel the tension of the motor or does it spind freely without resistance?

if it spinds freely then you probably have a broken paddle and need to replace it.

if you feel the resistance the you have some other isue that would probably needs to be taken a look at personally.

hope i could help. later AZZKIKR

Hey - im having a similair problem. got a halo b with a V35 board. I cleaned the eyes, there is no gap in the feed-tube, it has new batteries, the eyes are in place and taped, the connections to the board are fine, and im using a bright blue paint.

The hopper feeds, but if you put your finger over the outlet (or stop shooting/feeding) it just jams instead of pausing and blinks red/green. After the jam, it doesn't work unless you turn it off/on - then the problem happens again. any suggestions?
